Effective August 28, 2026
Privacy, simply stated.
This policy explains how the YANA public launch preview handles information shared through its private inquiry form.
Information you choose to share
The inquiry form may collect your name, email address, optional mobile number, preferred date, occasion, guest preference, photography preference and the personal details you choose to include.
Please do not submit payment-card details, government identifiers, medical information or other highly sensitive information.
Why the information is used
YANA uses an inquiry only to understand and respond to your request, evaluate launch interest, coordinate a follow-up and protect the form from abuse. The inquiry does not create a reservation, contract or payment obligation.
Delivery providers
When live delivery is enabled, the full private brief is transmitted to YANA by email. Telegram receives only a private alert with the inquiry receipt ID and experience category, not the sender’s name, email, mobile number or personal narrative. Resend processes the email delivery, Telegram processes the alert, and Cloudflare provides hosting and automated abuse protection. Those providers handle data under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and protect the service. YANA does not sell inquiry information or use the private brief as a public testimonial.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or delete an inquiry by using the private form and writing “Privacy request” at the beginning of the message. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the concept becomes a live service or its processors change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
