These terms apply to the YANA Coast website and inquiry form. Experience dates and arrangements are confirmed personally before booking.
Information and private inquiries
YANA Coast is preparing upcoming private boat experiences and photography in Southern California. The RAND Supreme 27 is in transit. Initial departures are planned from Dana Point Marina, with opening estimated around October 2026. Newport Beach departures are planned for later expansion. The exact dock, dates, guest limit, inclusions and price are confirmed with each inquiry before a booking is agreed.
No reservation or payment
Submitting a private inquiry does not reserve a date, create a charter, authorize passenger-for-hire service or form a contract. The website does not accept payment or a deposit.
Conditions and safety
An experience can proceed only after the boat and operating arrangements are ready and the date has been confirmed. Weather, marine conditions and the captain’s assessment may affect the route or timing. Applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided before you agree to a booking.
Media and marks
The site includes editorial campaign scenes, an illustrative vessel rendering and manufacturer model references. They are not client testimonials, an exact-vessel representation or proof of a completed experience. RAND and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Website use
Do not misuse the inquiry form, attempt to interfere with the site, submit another person’s private information without permission or copy site materials in a way that violates applicable rights.
